SADP Tool respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on sadptool.net infringes your copyright, you may request removal by sending a notice that meets the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Section 512) or similar law in your jurisdiction.
What to include in your notice
Your notification should include, at minimum:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail (URL and description) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Use a subject line such as “DMCA takedown request” and paste the required elements into the body of the message.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with applicable law (including U.S. DMCA Section 512(g) where it applies), including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury. We may restore material where appropriate after the process required by law.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
